This market will resolve according to the player that finishes the 2026 WNBA regular season with the highest points per game average of any qualified player. In the event of a tie for the highest points per game average, this market will resolve in favor of the player who appeared in the greater number of games. If the tied players also played the same number of games, the market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. Qualification for inclusion in official WNBA leaderboards (such as minimum games or statistical thresholds) will be determined according to WNBA rules and applied exactly as reflected in the official leaderboard. If the 2026 WNBA regular season is cancelled, postponed after October 8, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or if an official leader has not been declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be the WNBA (https://stats.wnba.com/players/traditional/).The WNBA scoring race remains tightly contested early in the 2026 regular season, with no single player establishing clear separation after limited games played. A'ja Wilson's experience as a multiple-time scoring champion and consistent high-usage role with the Las Vegas Aces underpins her slight edge in trader consensus, while Kelsey Plum's efficient volume with the Los Angeles Sparks, Napheesa Collier's versatile attack for the Minnesota Lynx, and contributions from guards like Caitlin Clark, Kelsey Mitchell, and Paige Bueckers keep several candidates within a narrow band. Recent team offensive schemes, minutes distributions, and matchup results continue to support this parity, as the long season and potential roster or injury adjustments leave ample room for shifts in the points-per-game standings.
