This market will resolve to "Yes" if Binance Holdings Ltd. pays >$4,000,000,000.00 to settle any legal case with the United States by December 31, 2023, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The primary resolution for this market will be official information from Binance Holdings Ltd., however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Binance offers tokenized versions of U.S.-listed equities to users for trading on its platform by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET . Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. 

To qualify, Binance users must be able to buy or sell the tokenized equities during the market period. 

The primary resolution source for this market will be information from Binance, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if any Binance 1 minute candle for BTC/USDT between 16 December '25 10:30 and 11:59PM ET on the date specified in the title has a final “High” price that is higher than any previous Binance 1 minute candle's "High" price on any prior date. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve to “Yes” if official information released by any of the following major centralized exchanges: Binance, Coinbase, Bybit, OKX, or Kraken, official representatives of such exchange (e.g. lawyers, spokespeople, etc.), or a consensus of credible reporting announces by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET that the exchange is insolvent or is filing/has filed for any variety of bankruptcy. 

Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

Major CEX insolvent in 2026?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if any fund with holdings of at least $250,000,000 US in $IBIT (https://www.blackrock.com/us/individual/products/333011/ishares-bitcoin-trust-etf), that forms a holdings allocation of 25% or greater in that asset, in either Q3 2025 or Q4 2025 shows holdings of $10,000,000 or less US in Q1 2026 on their 13F filing (https://www.sec.gov/submit-filings/forms-index) when that information is made public. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve based on information that is public as of May 15, 2026 ET. 

The resolution source for this market will be information from the 13F for a specified company.

Did a crypto hedge fund blow up?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed fund shows $IBIT (https://www.blackrock.com/us/individual/products/333011/ishares-bitcoin-trust-etf) holdings of below $10,000,000 US in either Q1 2026 on their 13F filing (https://www.sec.gov/submit-filings/forms-index) when that information is made public. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If a relevant 13F is unavailable for a listed company by May 15, 2026, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source for this market will be information from the 13F for a specified company.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if BitBoy (Ben Armstrong) is convicted of any charges related to the emails he sent to Judge Kimberly Childs, by March 31, 2026 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Convictions must be for criminal charges.

If the case is completely dropped for whatever reason, due to a plea agreement without an admission of guilt, a dismissal, or any other situation occurs in which no judgement is rendered or will be rendered by the court, this market will resolve to "No".
