Chicago Cubs lead trader consensus at 51% implied probability to win the 2026 NL Central, driven by their deep farm system featuring top prospects like Cade Horton and Matt Shaw, bolstered by retained core pieces including Seiya Suzuki and Justin Steele alongside Japanese ace Shota Imanaga's extension talks. Milwaukee Brewers hold 25% on steady rotation depth with Freddy Peralta but face uncertainty after losing Willy Adames in free agency, while Cincinnati Reds' 20% reflects Elly De La Cruz's star power and young arms like Hunter Greene amid pitching reinforcements. Pittsburgh Pirates' 15.5% stems from Paul Skenes' breakout and Jared Jones' upside, though offense lags; St. Louis Cardinals trail at 1.8% amid aging roster and farm system rebuild needs. Recent Cubs trade deadline acquisitions and Brewers' playoff exit have widened the gap in offseason projections.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the team whose listed nickname comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to be named the 2026 National League Central division champion per the rules of the MLB (e.g., they are eliminated in the playoffs), the corresponding market will resolve to “No”.
If the 2026 MLB regular season is cancelled, postponed after October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Major League Baseball (https://www.mlb.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
