This market will resolve to "Yes" if the District of Columbia Court of Appeals rules the Securities and Exchange Commission was unreasonable in refusing to grant a Bitcoin ETF to Grayscale as a result of the ongoing Grayscale v. SEC case. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
If no ruling is issued for this case by December 31, 2023, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve 50-50.
The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the US court system, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
