Cameron Ward, the Tennessee Titans' second-year quarterback, has thrown just three passing touchdowns through four games in 2026 while completing 63% of his passes for 726 yards and two interceptions. The Titans rank near the bottom of the league in scoring and passing production under new head coach Robert Saleh and offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, with Ward facing pressure to elevate an offense featuring additions like wide receiver Carnell Tate. His sack rate has improved from his rookie season, and he has added two rushing touchdowns, though accuracy and decision-making remain focal points. Upcoming matchups include a Week 5 home game against the pass-friendly Houston Texans defense, with the full 17-game schedule offering opportunities for increased volume if the offense stabilizes.
