Mary Peltola leads trader consensus in Alaska’s 2026 Senate race at roughly 60 percent because recent Alaska Survey Research polls show the Democratic challenger ahead of Republican incumbent Dan Sullivan by 5–7 points, while her first-quarter fundraising of nearly $9 million far outpaced his $1.7 million. Peltola’s January 2026 entry into the contest, her prior statewide wins under ranked-choice voting, and a May affordability-focused campaign proposing tax relief for middle-income households have sustained her edge. Sullivan remains competitive through his incumbency and higher cash reserves, yet the combination of polling trends and resource disparity has kept the market pricing a narrow Peltola advantage ahead of the August jungle primary. Minor candidates register negligible shares.
